Cancellation and Return
You can call by using our toll free number 1-866-SCENTS-9 or 1-866-723-6879 to cancel your order before we ship. Normally we ship every order on same day which is placed before 2:00 PM. After we ship the merchandise, you may return it in its original condition, packaging and packing slip within 7 days after you receive it and you will receive full refund less shipping charges and any gift wrapping charges. We have no questions to ask in our return policy.
We charge 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging and within time allowed.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges you incur to return the merchandise.
